Terms & Conditions

  • Full payment is required at least one week before the art class or school holiday workshop commences. Two weeks is required for an art party.
  • Weekly classes, holiday workshops, Kindergarten and school workshops are GST free activities as projects are linked with current educational curriculum.  Art parties have GST included in the total cost per child.
  • Booking will only be secured once full payment has been made. Payment can be made with either cash or by bank transfer (please contact us for bank details).
  • Preference will be given to block booking art classes over casual classes
  • A booking confirmation will be forwarded to you once payment is received.
  • Tiny Art will contact you to confirm your party details one week prior to the party date.
  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party booking with the balance to be paid before your party commences.
  • If you need to cancel your art party booking for any reason, your deposit will be kept to cover costs in organising your party and materials. If need to cancel due to illness, the party can be rescheduled to another time – still using this $50 deposit.
  • If you miss an art class due to illness, you are entitled to have a makeup lesson if you give prior notice to the class. You are not entitled to a makeup class if we notified after the class. A minimum of 1 hours notice must be given for a cancellation of a lesson.
  • Make-up lessons are limited to two in any given term; they may not be carried over from one term to another.
  • Tiny Art do not offer refunds for fees paid. Upon paying fees for a term you have committed to the Tiny Art program.  In extenuating circumstances an application for a refund may be applied for in writing and the decision made by discretion of Tiny Art administration.  If granted, any refund will incur an administration fee of $40.
  • If you miss a school holiday workshop due to illness you may reschedule to another workshop if you give prior notice to the class. You are not entitled to a makeup class if notified after the class.
  • Tiny Art will arrive approximately 20-30 minutes early to set up for your chosen art party and will need access to water and a sink.
  • The duration of Tiny Art parties may vary slightly due to the abilities of the children attending the workshop.
  • For art party bookings made outside the Brisbane area, a travelling fee will apply, contact for more details.
  • Tiny Art are not liable for any damage to you or your guest’s property as a result of an art party.
  • Tiny Art uses non-toxic art materials, however if your child suffers an adverse reaction to any materials, we are not liable.
  • Tiny Art are not liable for any personal injuries that result from the misuse of materials provided.
  • Art Parties are to commence at the time arranged. The party will start at this time despite latecomers to your party (we will wait 5 mins maximum). It is your responsibility to advise your party guests that there is a special art project and that being punctual to the party is essential for everyone to be creating together to have a great time. Please note that we usually have other bookings in the day and we have to be on time to get to each destination, thanks.
